When the DX8000 Client is opened it prompts with a "The DX8000 Client is currently running"?

Execute file "DX8000C.exe" is still running on the PC.
To fix the "The DX8000 client is currently running" prompts follow step below:
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Del which will bring up the Windows Task Manager.
- Select Processes tab and look for DX8000C.EXE and End process.
- Close Task manager and re-open DX8000 client.
