Cause

Video file with audio is not supported on the DX Series Client version 1.0.1.0010 due to product supported features.

Resolution

The DX Series Client does support live and playback audio when connecting to a DX8100 Series Hybrid Video Recorder (HVR). Download and install the latest version of the DX Series Client.
