Cause

Information needed to apply correct power to Pelco Endura NET5400T Series Video Encoders.

Resolution

Pelco NET5400T Series Video Encoders must be powered by a 12 VDC, 24 VAC, POE or POE+ Power Supply Unit which is UL Listed, Class 2, or UL Listed ITE marked LPS, such as Pelco NET5400PS or RK5200PS-5U. Four channel model (NET5404T) can only operate from 12 VDC.

RK5200PS-5U is no longer built or sold, but can be sent in for service (repair or replacement) as of 08/2015.

NET5401T Rear Connections - 

note: Item 1 (4-Pin Power Connector) Supports 12 VDC or 24 VAC at bottom-pins (top-pins are not used).
note: Supports POE via front-panel RJ45 Ethernet Port.


NET5402T Rear Connections - 

note: Item 1 (4-Pin Power Connector) Supports 12 VDC or 24 VAC at bottom-pins (top-pins are not used).
note: Supports POE+ via front-panel RJ45 Ethernet Port.


NET5404T Rear Connections -
