Remove NVR associations on Endura cameras to be added to an NSM5200 recording pool.

Issue

Cameras are not showing correct recorder associations in the NSM5200 web interface and/or Endura Utilities.

Cause

Occasionally, when moving cameras into a recording pool, the NSM associations will not correctly apply.

Resolution

Reset the recorder associations for each of the affected cameras with the following procedure:

 

  1. Open and login to Endura Utilities
  2. Go to File -> Login and log into the Endura System
  3. Click on the System Attributes tab
  4. Click on the camera type in the left-hand pane
  5. Right click on the affected camera and select Device Actions -> Remove NVR associations
  6. Open the NSM5200 pool manager web interface.
  7. Click NSM Pool
  8. Click Refresh Cameras
  9. Select the camera and click Add
  10. Click Save
