- Would like to clear all software status messages to return the DS SRV status light back to Green.
Software error problems communicating with the camera appears on display and will not go away.

- The DSSI (Digital Sentry System Information) utility does not include the option to clear history.
- Alert of problems communicating with the same IP camera.
Open DS ControlPoint (Start > All Programs > Pelco > DS ControlPoint)
Click on Setup and navigate to Alarm Popup.
Click on the button "Alarm Popup is currently DISABLED" to enable.
Once enabled, place a checkmark next to Show DS error alarms and then click Return To Setup.
If there were any existing DS error messages, a new Alarm tab will be available next to the Live tab.
The DS error alarms can be cleared individually or globally, to clear all alarms click on Clear Alarms .
Once the alarm messages are cleared, the DSSRV software status light will be Green. The notification icon in the systray takes approx. 30 seconds to update.
