Genex Multiplexer has wrong camera displaying on 16, 9, or 4 multiscreen view.

Issue

Genex Multiplexer has wrong video on 16, 9, or 4 camera displayed.
Duplicate camera display on two or more display panels.

Cause

Programming of Genex Multiscreen view has been changed to display different or duplicated camera number in other camera numbers position.

Resolution

Programming the Multi-Camera display:

  1. Press the desire 16, 9, or 4 multi screen display button.
     
  2. Press and hold in the same multi-screen display button for approximately three seconds.
     
  3. Verify a gray bar in the #1 quadrant.
     
  4. Use the arrow buttons to move to each camera location in the camera display you have already pre selected.
     
  5. When the camera location you desire is highlighted, choose the new camera by pressing the camera button for the desired camera.

    Example: press camera button #1 on the front of the Genex multiplexer this will now set camera #1 into quadrant #1.
     
  6. To exit programming mode, use the arrow key on the front of the Genex Multiplexer to move the gray bar off of the screen this will take you out of the programming mode.
