Cause

Steps to Hard Reset NET3XXX Series

Resolution

For NET350 Series Hard Reset:

  1. Locate Hard Reset button along front panel components. (small pinhole under compact flash slot)
  2. Use a strong, thin item like a piece of wire to press the hard reset button on the front panel (click here for Figure) of three seconds. The unit will then reset.

For NET350 Series Soft Reset:

  1. Type a forward slash (/) and reset at the end of the unit's address in the Internet Explorer browser address window, and then press Enter. the unit then displays the message "Bye Bye Going to reset."

 

For NET300 Series Hard Reset:

  1. Locate the Hard Reset button along front panel components. small pinhole (click here for Figure)
  2. Use a strong, thin item like a piece of wire to press the hard reset button for three seconds on the front panel.

For NET300 Series Soft Reset:

  1. Type a forward slash (/) and reset at the end of the unit's address in the Internet Explorer browser address window, and then press Enter. the unit then displays the message "Bye Bye Going to reset.

 

Note: Default IP address of NET300/NET350 Series are as follows:

  • Transmitters: 10.0.0.1
  • Receivers: 10.0.0.2
  • Subnet: 255.255.0.0
  • Gateway: 0.0.0.0
