Return to Normal Email Notification is only delivered when the Return to Normal notification is acknowledged at the Workstation.

Issue

While email notifications for alarm conditions are being delivered promptly, Return to Normal notifications are not delivered until the notification is acknowledged at that the workstation.

Cause

Email Notification is not configured correctly.

Resolution

Select the Reset checkbox to have an email delivered when the alarm condition clears.

The Normal box should read "Acknowledged Normal" since this delivers a notification that the Off Alarm notification has been acknowledged.
