note: Endura Utilities versions 2.2 and lower login credentials are [Username: Administrator | Password: configapp].
note: Endura Utilities versions 2.3 and greater authenticate using standard Endura Credentials, [Default = Username: admin | Password: admin].
  2. Select all CM9700MDD-EVS decoders, right-click and navigate to Scripts and click One-time script...

  3. Enter /etc/init.d/HALServerd stop and click OK...

  4. Again select all CM9700MDD-EVS decoders, right-click and navigate to Scripts and click One-time script...

  5. Enter /etc/init.d/net5301rd stop and click OK...

note: At this point, you've stopped the critical Endura Services on your CM9700MDD-EVS Decoders, and will now re-enable these services on just one of them in order to troubleshoot and resolve any conflicts.
  6. Select just one CM9700MDD-EVS Decoder, right-click and navigate to Scripts and click One-time script, enter /etc/init.d/hald start and click OK...

    !!! Stop !!!
Verify that the 9700 System time has updated. This may take 2-3 minutes.
Wait for the 9700 System time to fully update before proceeding.  If the time update does not occur within 5 minutes then restart the CC1.  If the system is on a hotswitch then shutdown CC1-B by pressing ctrl+q then shutdown CC1-A by pressing ctrl+q.  Restart/reboot CC1-A then again verify that the 9700 System time has updated.  This may take 2-3 minutes.  Wait for the 9700 System time to fully update before proceeding.

  8. Now startup the Endura services on the remaining Decoders.
    1. Select all of the remaining CM9700MDD-EVS Decoders (excluding the one used in steps 6 and 7 above), right-click and navigate to Scripts and click One-time script.
    2. Enter /etc/init.d/HALServerd start and click OK...

    3. Again select all of the same CM9700MDD-EVS Decoders from step 8, right-click and navigate to Scripts and click One-time script.
    4. Enter /etc/init.d/net5301rd start and click OK...
