Windows 7, SE EUR Domain, Continuum 1.82 to Current releases - Stand Alone

Cause

ContinuumDB created incorrectly if a strong password is NOT used for Andover97

Resolution

Stand Alone Install - Following the SQL2005 express install
If the usual Andover97 password begins with lower case rather than upper case,  then the ContinuumDB is then actually created on the server but is only a shell with no tables exist.
This database needs to be deleted or detached (then delete ContinuumDev.mdf & ContinuumLog.ldf) using SQL Server Management Studio Express or similar. See http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8961

You may see error, when trying to create a new Continuum database in Database Initialization
Installation Error! <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'Andover97'.>
Installation Error! <[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Connection not open>

Note, this has been seen when the Microsoft strong password is being enforced see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/965823 (seen on win7 EUR domain SE Laptops)
eg, Xxxxxxx12 meets the requirement xxxxxxx12 does not
