SM5000 "systemmanagerd" service may become nonfunctional, causing loss of PTZ control on one or more cameras.
SM5200 "service-accessd" service may become nonfunctional, causing loss of PTZ control on one or more cameras.
Pelco Video Management
- NET5300 & NET5400 Series Encoders
- Spectra Dome and Spectra IP /H264/HD
- SM5000 version 01.04.0055 or newer

- Change the IP address of a PTZ device
- Updated Camera / Encoder firmware

SSH Into the SM5000 and enter the following commands, one at a time followed by the enter/return key after each line -

After the service has been restarted, once again drag a PTZ Camera into a WS5000/WS5200 Live View Window and verify PTZ Functionality has returned.
