Cause

Remotely view video on the DX4500/DX4600 Server.

Resolution

Instruction on downloading the DX4500/DX4600 Client software:

  1. Click Here to access DX4500/DX4600 software
  2. Select the version of the DX4500/DX4600
  3. Click on Software
  4. Click on All remote PC software
  5. Click on PELCO_Network_Client.exe. Save or Run the file to install the DX4500/DX4600 Client software

Note: Default password for the DX4500/DX4600 Client is 000000 (Six zeros)

  • Operating system: Windows 2000 (SP4) or later, Windows XP (SP2), and DirectX® 8.1 or later
  • Processor: Intel® Pentium® 4
  • Memory: 512 MB
  • Video Card: VGA card with 64 MB Video RAM or greater
  • Hard Drive: 40 GB hard drive with a minimum of 15 GB of available space

  • Remote Administration: Full remote control through TCP/IP network
