Any problems with Mapping may require this verification.

Resolution

  1. Log into Endura Utilities using your admin login [Default username: admin, password: admin]
  2. Right click the device in Endura Utilities and select SSH into [Default username: root, password: pel2899100]
  3. Enter screen -ls to verify PAL3 is listed as "detached".
  4. Enter screen -r PAL3
  5. Enter services and verify the mappingserver service is running.
