Troubleshooting device specific issues
Pelco Video Management
Endura Utilities, current version (220.127.116.11) or above
1. Log into Endura Utilities using your admin login [Default username: admin, password: admin]
2. Select the Diagnostics tab
3. Expand the model number you are working with and select the specific device to run diagnostics on it.
4. Diagnostics will now run automatically with new versions of Utilities. After a few seconds the list will be populated.
5. Look through the list for Red/Pink error messages. Most obvious issues will have an indication of the cause listed here.
NOTE: Some errors may not be relevant for the given device. Use your best judgment and/or consult with an Endura team member for clarification.
