Cause
Certification label on the ENC5416 does not include UL listing because it is a 12vdc device and not required.
Resolution
The power supply for the ENC5416 encoder is UL Listed and is labeled but the ENC5416 itself is not. The ENC5416 is a 12vdc device which does not require UL certification.
