Steps required to change the IP address, Subnet Mask, or Gateway for Pelco IP Cameras, Encoders, or Linux-based Endura Devices using Endura Utilities.
!! WARNING !!
Consult your network administrator before performing this procedure. If incorrect information is configured, communication to the device in question may be lost.
Launch and login to Endura Utilities (default credentials = username admin | password admin).
note: To avoid device malfunction, follow LL#14575 prior to moving forward with the steps in this article for any Sarix-based IP Camera or Encoder (NET5400T Series Encoder).
Press the Search Button and wait for completion (eta 10-45 seconds).
Click to select the model number of the desired device from the leftside panel of the System Attributes tab (model is IXS0DN in the example screenshot below).
Double-click on the desired device from the rightside panel...
...which will then open the Devices tab. Now expand the tree using the + icons from the leftside panel until reaching the deepest level (until no more + signs exist within that device).
note: In the above screenshot, the camera named wedding time represents the individual IP Camera or Encoder Channel in question.
Right-click the individual IP Camera or Encoder Channel in question, navigate to the Device Actions menu and click Change IP Address.
Input valid values for IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway, then click OK.
