Issue

Receiving black video when connected to DS RealVue XPress with Integral RemoteView.

Cause

The Integral RemoteView client software is unable to decode MPEG video, supports IVEX only (TX400 capture card).

Resolution

Use the DS ControlPoint Client software which supports both IVEX and MPEG video decoding.
