Email Alarm Generated by Continuum System is not sent in Outlook

Issue

An email alarm generated in Continuum in not sent on Outlook; the email remains in the Outbox. The attached error is displayed in Outlook:

Continuum Cyberstation version 1.94, Outlook 2010

Cause

In this instance, Outlook would not send the email because the PC was not part of the Windows Active Directory Domain.

Resolution

Add the PC to the Windows domain.
