Troubleshooting unreported field occurrences with Sarix
- All Sarix IP cameras
Requested by Pelco Technical Support to provide the Sarix camera System Log.
Sarix logs assist Pelco Technical Support with additional investigation.
To GENERATE SYSTEM LOG
- Log in to Sarix Camera. See LL#18468 for default log in of Sarix.
- Click on the SETTINGS option located along upper right of web page.
- Click on the SYSTEM tab. This will show along left of additional tabs displayed.
- Click on the GENERATE SYSTEM LOG button located along bottom of IP camera web page.
- Save log.tgz file to desktop and attach to email.
