Cause

Requested by Pelco Technical Support to provide the Sarix camera System Log.

Resolution

Sarix logs assist Pelco Technical Support with additional investigation.

To GENERATE SYSTEM LOG

  1. Log in to Sarix Camera. See LL#18468 for default log in of Sarix.
  2. Click on the SETTINGS option located along upper right of web page.
  3. Click on the SYSTEM tab. This will show along left of additional tabs displayed.
  4. Click on the GENERATE SYSTEM LOG button located along bottom of IP camera web page.
  5. Save log.tgz file to desktop and attach to email.
