Connection error when logging in to the Archive Server with the Archive Utility Administrator software.


Error "Could not connect to error code 10061:1 No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" when logging in to the Archive Server.

  1. The client PC that has the Archive Utility software install, Go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
  2. Locate Integral Archiving Service.
  3. Right click and Select Properties
  4. Select Log On tab in the Integral Archiving Service Properties menu.
  5. Enter correct Account and Password and Click Apply > OK (Use Windows account login credentials)

  6. Click on Start to start the Integral Archiving Service.

  7. Confirm Integral Archiving Service status show started before exit menu.

  8.  Once Integral Archive Service started continue with Archive Utility configuration.
