Cause

Default HTTP port 80 modified on IP Camera’s network settings 

Resolution

The HTTP port number must remain at the default setting of 80 when connecting to a Pelco video management system (VMS).
The HTTP port 80 must remain default on both the supported IP camera and the Pelco VMS.
