How to configure an IP address on the DX7100.

Environment

  • DX7100
  • DX7100 Client

Cause

Configuring the DX7100 for remote connections using the DX7100 Client software.

Resolution

  1. On the right side of the live video view click Setup
  2. In setup click the Quit to Explorer icon Quit to Explorer
  3. In explorer click My Computer
  4. In My Computer, click Control Panel
  5. In Control Panel, click Network and Dial-up Connections
  6. In Network and Dial-up Connections right-click on TCP/IP > Network Adapter
  7. In the right-click menu select Properties
  8. In Properties click on Use the following IP address
  9. Input the desired IP address and Subnet mask
  10. Click Ok
  11. Click the X in the upper right hand corner to go back to the setup menu of the DX7100.
