Using iPhones on AT&T networks with DX Mobile application.

Issue

AT&T Port forwards 554 traffic to 9011 for iPhones.

Cause

Internet Service Provider (ISP) Internal Network Policy causes inability to connect on iPhones using the DX Mobile Application.

Resolution

Follow steps below to change the RTSP port of DX Mobile app on iPhone.

  1. Launch DX Mobile app
  2. Select device from device list
  3. Select Edit Device
  4. Change RTSP port  from 554 to 9011
  5. Select Save
  6. Select Live View to connect to HVR
