DigitalSENTRY video server service does not start on DS systems when using Antivirus/Malware prevention software.
Microsoft Event Viewer - Application:
MSSQL$DS_MSSQLSERVER | Logon | ID 18452 | Description: Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication. [CLIENT: 127.0.0.1]
MSSQL$DS_MSSQLSERVER | Logon | ID 17806 | Description: SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x8009030c, state 14 while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. Reason: AcceptSecurityContext failed. The Windows error code indicates the cause of failure. [CLIENT: 127.0.0.1]

Antivirus & Malware security software blocking localhost routing using the Windows host file.
Locate the Windows host file and delete the hashtag preventing loopback address resolution to localhost.
On the system running the DigitalSENTRY Software Suite, go to Start > Programs > Accessories
Right click on Notepad and Run as Administrator
If the prompt to allow the following program to make changes to this computer select Yes
In notepad select File > Open
Click on Computer
Click on (C:) drive
Double-click on the Windows folder
Double-click the System32 folder
Double-click the Drivers folder
Double-click the etc folder
At the document type dropdown select All Files *.*
Click on the hosts file
Remove the hashtag from the 127.0.0.1 localhost line entry
Click File > Save
Close the host file
Go to Start > Run (Search for Windows 7) > Type in Services.msc
Right-click DigitalSENTRY Video Server Service
- Select Start
