Not getting the GUI or video on the DX7100 PC client, just a black screen?

  • DX7100 client 1.3
  • Windows XP

Cause

Starting the DX7100 Client

Resolution

1)  Right click the desktop

2)  Select properties

3)  Click Settings

4)  Click Advanced

5)  Set DPI setting to (normal size 96 DPI)

6)  Click apply, Click ok, and restart the PC
