If Sarix cameras are set to a GOP structure of IBBrP, the video decoded is unsmooth and jerky with many pauses.

Sarix IEE, IXE or IDE series network cameras, version 1.9 or lower
Endura does not support the use of the IBBrP GOP structure (B Frames). B Frames add significant latency and are unsuitable for security applications.
Change the GOP structure of the camera from IBBrP to IP:
- Connect to the camera's Web interface.
- Click Login
- Enter in your user name and password. By default, they are both set to admin
- Select Settings.
Go to A/V Streams → Video Configuration, as shown in Figure 1, below:
Change the GOP Structure to IP, as shown in Figure 2, below:
- Click Save.
Note that Sarix Professional and Sarix Enhanced cameras do not allow users to change the GOP structure via the Web interface. They are always set to a GOP structure of IP. If the Sarix firmware is version 2.0 or higher, it is either a Sarix Professional or Sarix Enhanced camera.
