Video exported from the Endura UDI5000-CAM displays the incorrect time zone and time when played back through the export player

Issue

When exporting video from a third-party camera connected to the UDI5000-CAM the time stamp may be incorrect and offset by a few to several hours. The time stamp in the WS5000/WS5200 software will be correct as well as the time stamp on recorded video playback. The thumbnail image preview of the exported video in the Pelco Export Player will also display the correct time stamp while the video playback shows the incorrect time stamp.
