A tool is required to monitor and log a Windows application internal messaging to allow proper troubleshoot when an error message is displayed or the application freeze, crash or shutdown without known reason. This tool is Microsoft Windows Sysinternals DebugView.

Windows Events Viewer is not displaying enough details to allow proper troubleshoot.
Visit Windows Sysinternals and select Sysinternals Suite.
Select Download Sysinternals Suite and save the file to a convenient place, such as a USB Flash Drive .
Create a folder named Windows Sysinternals in C:\Program Files\ for x-32 version of Windows or in C:\Program Files (x86)\ for a x-64 version of Windows. Extract the SysinternalsSuite.zip file to it.
From the Windows Sysinternals folder, launch the Dbgview.exe application.
Open the Log-to-File Settings from the File menu to specify a log file, then select Create New Log Every Day and check the Clear Display on New Log option. Select OK.
Check all options, excepted for the Log Boot, in the Capture menu.
Check the Win32 PIDs, Force Carriage Returns, Clock Time and Auto Scroll options in the Options menu.
- Exit the application and launch it again. Notice the new log file created following the naming used at step 5.
