No video with a Sarix Professional IP camera when using ONVIF communication.

Issue

Configuring a Digital Sentry recorder to record video from a Sarix Professional IP camera using the ONVIF driver results in No Video.  No Video in both DS ControlPoint and DS Admin.

Cause

The Secondary Stream in the Sarix Pro IP cameras web interface is cleared and does not have any values.
 

Resolution

With software versions 03.29.21 and below, if the secondary video stream is cleared, ONVIF communication will fail resulting in video loss in Digital Sentry or other VMS software.  Upgrade to firmware 03.29.27 and above to resolve.
