Digital Sentry Services are not started or have failed.
There are a few reasons why no video can be displayed from a Digital Sentry system.
- The DigitalSENTRY Services are not started. Start the DigitalSENTRY services and verify they are set to Automatic.
- The cameras you're trying to view are set to disabled. Enable these cameras in DS Admin.
