Newly-Added IP PTZ Cameras are Treated as Fixed Cameras in Endura

Issue

A newly-added IP PTZ camera is added to an Endura system. However, the WS5000 program does not seem to recognize it as a PTZ camera. When hovering over the video, a standard mouse pointer is displayed instead of crosshairs.
