How to delete a DHCP lease on an SM5200

Issue

New Endura devices are not getting an IP address/lease from the SM5200 dhcp service

  • SM5200 version 1.5.0.0063
  • Endura Devices All Versions

Cause

The SM5200 dhcp scope limit has been reached.  Unwanted leases need to be removed.

Resolution

1. Open the webpage to the SM5200 an login (Default: admin admin)
2. Click on the Network Tab
3. Navigate to the DHCP section and click on Manage Leases
4. Click on the unwanted lease
5. Click on Delete Lease
1. Open the SM5200 webpage and login (Default: admin admin)
2. Click on the Network Tab
3. Navigate to the DHCP section and click on Manage Leases
4. Place a check mark next to the unwanted lease(s)
5. Click on Delete Lease
