Product Line
Pelco Cameras, Pelco Video Management
Environment
Spectra Pro PTZ when using audio, window blanking and motion detection
Cause
The use of Motion detection, Audio, or Window Blanking requires more CPU processing power and communication processing.
Resolution
Please see the following chart for best settings;
- If using Motion and Window Blanking the CVBR maximum should be 4200 kbps
- When using Audio and Window Blanking the CVBR should be maximum of 4200 kbps
- Window Blanking only the maximum CVBR is 4200 bps
- If using Motion, Window Blanking and Audio the maximum CVBR should be 3600 kbps
Basically, if one item is used the CVBR should be maximum of 4200 kbps, if two items are used the CBVR should be maximum of 4200 kbps, and if three items are used the CVBR should be a maximum of 3600 kbps.
If using CBR the maximum should be 4000 kbps.
