VideoXpert does not included NTP. A GPS clock is recommended for NTP. If none is available, Meinberg NTP software can be used. Time will gradually drift without a GPS clock.
VideoXpert does not provide DHCP.
Note: If using Windows Server 2008 DHCP Service, see LL#17811.
VideoXpert OpsCenter requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.
VideoXpert OpsCenter requires that monitors all use the same resolution. The monitor sizes do NOT need to match, however it is recommended.
VideoXpert OpsCenter supported monitor walls are 2x3 (2 rows 3 columns) and 2x2 (2 rows 2 columns).
A VideoXpert Core/Media Gateway (CMG) can discover up to 1000 devices.
Note: CMG is a single Windows Server running both VideoXpert Core and Media Gateway services.
Audio Support for VideoXpert has been added in VideoXpert v1.10 suite. Associative Audio is expected for the end of Q3 2016 with VXS. NSM5200 audio recording will not be supported.
