How do I Set and Configure the Pinout for the One Pair POE Transmission using the EC-1500U Series Ethernet Extenders

Issue

When setting Switches for UTP models only There is the option for single pair POE mode on the 4 and 16 channel models.

Cause

POE (Power over Ethernet) Normally uses Pins 4, 5, 7, and 8 for voltage.

The EC-1500 offers a One Pair POE wiring option.

Resolution

There is a documentation error, The One Pair mode is not supported for POE pass through.  The EC-1500U series will only support 4 pair mode when using POE. One pair mode is for non POE only and uses pins 1 and 2.
