Cause
Invalid Page fault in mfc42.dll or error 429 for I/NET 2000 users
Resolution
The following steps will get this fixed really quickly:
- Go to the “Start” Button on the task bar at the bottom.
- Choose the “Run” Button.
- Type in REGEDIT, then hit Enter.
- Make sure that I/Net and I/O Server is not running.
- GO to HKEY_Current User.
- Scroll down to the “Software Tab”.
- Select the file folder “CSI-Control System International”.
- Select the “I/Net W” file folder.
- Select the “toolbars” file folder.
- Delete all the Tool Bar entries.
- Re-boot the PC, this will rebuild the new toolbars in the registry listing.

Start I/NET again and you should be able to log on now.
