VideoXpert: One or more services is not running.

Issue

The VideoXpert System Information icon on the lower right corner of the desktop shows an error stating one or more services is not running.

 

The Windows Event Viewer Application log will show Event ID 1034.

 

The Windows Services menu shows the VideoXpert Core service as "paused".

Cause

There is no physical Ethernet cable plugged into the unit.

Resolution

VideoXpert services require a valid Ethernet connection be physically present and available.
