Admin Portal is not discovering any devices.

VideoXpert version 1.11
Device discovery methods have changed between revisions.
- From the CMG Primary AND Secondary go to Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Click Turn Windows Firewall On or Off.
For both Private and Public Network Settings select Turn off Windows Firewall then click OK.
- Open a web browser to the VideoXpert Admin Portal and login with [Username: admin Password: your_specific_password]. Click Login.
Click the Devices tab then click Add then select Discover and Add Pelco Devices.

- A scan will be initiated and will run for 3 minutes.
- Click Load All.
Devices should populate in the list.
- Repeat this process for any new devices that are added.
If no devices are found, launch a command prompt from the CMG and type ping 126.96.36.199 then repeat steps 4-6 within 3 minutes.
