DS ControlPoint: Gray video from Optera camera after camera restart or stream change.


Gray video from Optera IMM12 - 180, 270 and 360's after the camera has power cycle / restarted when in the Immersive mode or the stream was changed from Immersive to Mosaic.

May see the following error in the IPFrameGrabber log (Event Viewer > Applications and Services Logs > IPFrameGrabber):  "No suitable profile was found for requesed settings"

Firmware issue with v2.6.0.11 causing ONVIF profile problem.


The firmware issue resulting in gray video with the Event Log listed above is resolved in IMM120xx firmware version and above.

Warning: The Optera camera may require a factory default after the firmware update if the image is still gray and the "No suitable profile was found for requested settings" error is still being logged.
