VideoXpert Core - How to get the aspenDB

VideoXpert Core - Version 1.9

Cause

An unknown issue has occurred on the VideoXpert Core

Resolution

1.  On the VideoXpert Core (Primary) open the command prompt

2.  Copy and paste this command, including the quotes then press enter:  "c:\program files\pelco\core\mongodb\bin\mongodump" -u vxcore -p T0ps3cret --authenticationDatabase admin -d aspenDb


Once the command has finished the output will show


3.  Copy the dump directory from the folder that the commands were ran from.  In this example the dump folder is in C:\Users\pelco\dump


4.  Zip the \dump directory and email to Pelco Technical Support for review.
