During the grace period beginning now, customers who contact our global support centers will be notified of this announcement. They will also informed about the vast amount of self-help articles published to our Knowledge Base located at Pelco.com/kb that can be of assistance in the future.
To help our Sales teams prepare for this, we have also created a list of all customers who have contacted us about Endura 1.x products over the past six months. This list is located on box and accessible to all Schneider Electric employees here.

Endura 1.0 has been discontinued.  Starting October 1st, 2016, support will be available on-line only.

Beginning today July 29th, 2016 until October 1st, 2016 regarding support on an Endura 1.x products.  Applies globally to calls, chat and email.

Note that the SM5000 will have limited support.

You are welcome to provide guidance to articles as necessary but please refrain from spending time troubleshooting. 
Most Endura 1.x products can still be repaired, but it is all out of warranty at this point. Customers are still welcome to request an RA if desired.
