VideoXpert: EVO-05 displays black video in Ops Center 3 x 3 View

Issue

  1. In 3 x 3 view the Ops Center displays a black screen with the camera title and a message "Cannot connect to video Source"

     
  2. In 3 x 3 view the CMG Admin portal displays the video correctly

Environment

  • VideoXpert Version 1.11 Suite
  • VideoXpert VXS version 1.11.x
  • EVO-05 version 1.9.9.243

Cause

The EVO-05 second camera setting is disabled

Resolution

Enable the EVO-05 second camera setting

  1. Open a web browser and type in the IP address of the EVO-05
  2. Login with User Name admin and Password admin
  3. Click on the ADMIN button in the lower right hand corner of the page
  4. Click on Stream Settings
  5. Place a check mark in front of Enable Second Camera then click on Set Video Stream
  6. In the Ops Center drag and drop the camera back into the live 3 x 3 view
