All Pelco Platinum and Gold Partner Advantage customers are entitled to 24x7 technical support as part of their Partner Advantage membership. If you are a Platinum or Gold partner, please be sure to enter your phone number as prompted when calling us.
In the event that a customer does not fall into one of the categories mentioned above but would still like to receive after hours 24x7 technical support, any combination of the part numbers below may be purchased from your local sales representative.
|TS-GOLD-AH5||5 hours of "after hours" technical support and priority call routing during business hours.|
|TS-GOLD-AH10||10 hours of "after hours" technical support and priority call routing during business hours.|
|TS-GOLD-AH25||25 hours of "after hours" technical support and priority call routing during business hours.|
* Time used is subtracted from the account only during after hours situations. Normal business hours do not count towards your entitlement.
* Purchase of a TS-GOLD-AH agreement entitles a customer to Gold level Technical Support only, it does NOT entitle a customer to any product discounts or other benefits of being a Partner Advantage Gold member.
