VxPro: Can't view live or recorded video when using Ops Center on the server.

Issue

OCC displays "Cannot connect to device" or shows black video.

Cause

Customer is using the VGA output on a VxPro server. Although this display output will show the desktop and appear to be working fine, when trying to view video through Ops center no video will be displayed.

Resolution

We support using either the HDMI, DisplayPort (DP) or DVI output from VxPro servers.
