With software only installations of VXS on third Party hardware using a JBOD configuration, a Restart of VXS services will remove all manually added JBOD drives

- VXS software only installation
Software bug in VXS 18.104.22.1686 and older
- Update VXS software to 22.214.171.124 or newer.
- Re-add the JBOD drives from the VXS portal.
- Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Pelco\Storage\config
- Delete file: com.pelco.volumes.cfg
- Re-add JBOD drives from the VXS web portal.
