Cause

Having issue when running Seven (Crystal) Reports on the same PC as ID Works

Resolution

Using "Smart Printer Driver" set as the windows DEFAULT printer Seven Reports fails while attempting to display the query. You may first see a small window with '1/4o and a square". Before opening Seven Reports change your windows DEFAULT printer to another printer. Restart Seven Reports and run a query. The problem is due to the default paper size ID Works uses versus what windows uses.
