Clicking on the help button does not bring up any help information.
Any version of Windows after Windows XP.
There is a file has to be manually installed for the I/NET Seven Help to work.
To resolve this issue, here are some steps that needs to be followed to get the Online Help to work again.
- Open up an Internet Explorer Session.
- Search on Microsoft and put in the keyword "KB917607"
- Install this file and then restart I/NET, possibly restart of the PC as well.
- Start I/NET and click on the Online Help button, it should bring up the necessary information for that particular section.
