Customer wants to purchase a major version upgrade for the WorkPlace Tech Tool software and needs to know what documentation is required so that they can get the upgrade price instead of paying full price.
The recommended documentation is the sales order / license request form that includes the original product request and the unlock code. Either the email or faxed copy, including the unlock code, from our Customer Service department is acceptable.
In the event that proof of the original order is not available, please contact Product Support Services for information on acceptable alternative documentation.
