Customers who wants to run their own SQL Queries against the database and not sure if it is advisable if something goes wrong afterwards.
When customers run their own queries on a database using SQL Tools through Enterprise Manager and the database gets messed up or does not function properly afterwards, they usually turn to the installer and wants them to fix it. However, the main thing about this is that once the database is touched by a third party other the onus is on that person. If is cannot be fixed then they can contact the Schneider Electric Expert Services Group to try and resolve it.
