Cause
Niagara R2 and G3, UNC-520, ENC-520, WorkPlace Tech Commissioning Tool, MNB-1000

BACnet communicates using the BACnet device’s instance number, so changing the IP address of the controllers will not affects the communications between BACnet points. The BACnet/IP controller's MAC Address is comprised of its IP address and port number. This BACnet/IP Controller’s MAC address will automatically updated whenever one of the following tree procedures are performed, a “whoIs” is in R2, a “Discover” in G3 or a "Browse" of the BACnet/IP network in WorkPlace Tech Commissioning Tool.
